Preheat oven to 400°

In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 c almond flour, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp baking powder.

In a separate, microwave safe bowl, add 3 cups of shredded mozzarella and 2 oz of cream cheese diced. Microwave in 30 sec intervals until melted smooth and easy to stir.

Place in a food processor and add dry mixture as well as 2 large (COLD) eggs. Mix until smooth.

Take out small clumps and roll into a pointer finger thick, 3 inch long round and connect the ends. Leave a decent sized hole in the middle. ( I didn’t get mine big enough) whisk an egg and brush it using a pastry brush, over the tops. Sprinkle whatever flavoring you want on top. I used everything bagel.

Bake at 400 until golden brown.
