Ingredients
Chaffles (Burger “Buns”)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella (or part-skim)
- ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar (optional for extra protein)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt
Burger Patties
- Âľ lb extra-lean ground beef (96%) or ground turkey
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Dill pickles
- Red onion
Sauce (High-Protein Option)
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

Instructions
Make the Chaffles
- Preheat a waffle maker and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in shredded cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Spoon mixture into waffle maker (don’t overfill).
- Cook 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Cook the Burgers
- Form meat into 2 patties and season both sides.
- Cook in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Optional: Add a slice of reduced-fat cheese on top during last minute.
Assemble
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Layer chaffle, burger patty, sauce, and toppings.
- Top with second chaffle and serve.
