Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken (lean)
- ½ cup oats (or oat flour)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (adds protein & moisture)
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin or Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients:
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, oats, egg, Greek yogurt, onion, garlic, and all seasonings. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix). - Shape patties:
Divide mixture into equal portions and form round patties. - Cook patties:
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C). - Rest & serve:
Let patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway
- Oven: 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes
