For the Pasta
Choose based on your diet needs:
WW option: 2 cups whole-wheat small shells
Diabetic-friendly option: 2 cups high-fiber protein pasta (like Barilla Protein+)
Keto/very low-carb option: 2 cups low-carb konjac pasta shells
🔪 Instructions
- Cook your pasta
Boil according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
(For konjac pasta: rinse well, then boil for 2 minutes to remove the smell.) - Cook the beef
In a nonstick pan, brown the extra-lean ground beef.
Add diced onion and garlic; cook until soft.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. - Make the creamy sauce
Almond milk
Beef broth
Cornstarch (or flour)
