Green Lentil Meatballs

  • Materials
  • ️1.5 cups green lentils
  • ️4 glasses of water
  • ️4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ️ 1 piece of onion
  • ️2 cloves of garlic
  • ️A little chopped parsley
  • ️1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • ️2 teaspoons of salt
  • ️2 teaspoons of dried mint
  • Cup size: 200 ml


Boil the lentils with 4 glasses of water for about 30 minutes. Drain the boiled lentils.
Saute the chopped onions in olive oil in a pan.
In a bowl, add the fried onions, parsley, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, spices and boiled lentils.
Knead all the ingredients well and fry them until they turn into a round shape in oil in a pan. You can serve it with vegan yogurt if you wish.
