    • If you’re using a whole cauliflower, cut it into florets and then pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Alternatively, you can use pre-riced cauliflower.
  2. Cook the Eggs:
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook them like scrambled eggs. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
  3. Saute the Veggies:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Add the diced onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add Veggies and Cauliflower Rice:
