Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

1/2 cup granulated erythritol

1 cup blanched almond flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 packet (0.25 oz) gelatin

Wet Ingredients:

1/3 cup melted butter or refined coconut oil

3 large eggs

Other Ingredients:

2 oz chopped dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips (90% and above)

Instructions:

Preheat & Mix:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Gently fold in half of the chocolate chips.

Adjust Consistency:

If the mixture is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until the batter thins out a bit.

Grease & Pour:

Grease a bread pan with coconut oil or butter.

Pour the mixture into the pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake:

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread raises in the center and begins to harden around the sides.

Cool & Enjoy:

Allow the bread to cool before handling or slicing.
