Deep Dish Mini Pizzas – 2 Ingredients Dough
Ingredients for Dough:
- 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Ingredients for Toppings:
- Sauce (e.g., Hunt’s four cheese spaghetti sauce or any pizza sauce)
- Low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- Turkey pepperoni (cut into quarters if needed)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and non-fat Greek yogurt.
- Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough begins to come together.
- Knead the dough with your hands until smooth and well-combined. This should take a few minutes.
- Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
- Form the Pizza Crusts:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece of dough and press it into the muffin tin cups, making sure to push the dough up the sides to form little deep dish crusts.
- Add Toppings:
- Add a small amount of sauce to each dough cup. Using less than 1 tablespoon per cup is recommended to ensure the dough bakes properly.
- Sprinkle a small amount of low-moisture mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with turkey pepperoni pieces.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the mini pizzas cool in the muffin tin for about 4 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pizzas from the tin and serve warm.
- Additional Tips:
- Bagels with the Same Dough: This 2-ingredient dough can also be used to make bagels. Shape the dough into bagel forms, boil briefly, and bake until golden.
- Other Toppings: Feel free to experiment with other toppings like bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, or sausage. Adjust baking time if needed based on additional toppings.

HOW TO MAKE Deep Dish Pizzas -2 Ingredients Dough;
I used the two ingredient dough and split it in 12 pieces. Grease the tin. Flatten dough in the muffin tin and up the sides. Add some sauce. I used Hunts four cheese spaghetti sauce bc I didn’t have pizza sauce. Recipe called for 1 tbsp but I used much less. Was afraid that much would keep the dough from baking correctly. Sprinkle of low moisture mozzarella and turkey pepperoni. I cut the pepperoni in 1/4 so they would fit better. Bake for 15 minutes at 450. Let cool for 4 minutes before taking out of the pan.
.I think you can make bagels with it too. It’s 1 1/3 cup self rising flour and 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt. Mix with a wooden spoon, then continue to mix by kneeing with your hands. Let rest for 5 minutes
