Instructions
- Prepare the Salad Base:
- Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the cucumber and avocado into small cubes.
- Combine the kale, cucumber, avocado, and raisins in a large salad bowl.
- Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix together the tahini and agave syrup until smooth.
