CROCKPOT RANCH PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES
This is a great Crockpot recipe and my family still compliments it. I know I’ve burned them in certain dishes in the past, which I’ve worked hard to change, but this recipe isn’t one from the burnt pile.
*ingredients:
°3 lbs red potatoes – cut into quarters
°6 (3/4-inch) boneless pork chops (or bone-in, if available)
°1/2 c olive oil
°2 tsp dry ranch seasoning
°2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
°2 tablespoons butter – cubes
*How to make :
Pork chops in an oiled skillet on medium/high heat. (optional)
Mixing oil, ranch and apple cider vinegar.
Putting potato slices & ham in slow cooker. Pour the ranch mix on top and toss to coat equally slice potatoes.
Put butter cubes on top.
Cooking on high heat for 3 h. Low, 5-6 h. Salt/pepper to taste.
