Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
ยพ cup mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
1โ2 celery stalks, diced
1โ2 tbsp finely chopped red onion or bell pepper (optional)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a bit of tang)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional add-ins:
1 tbsp sweet relish or chopped pickles
ยฝ tsp garlic powder
Chopped herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, and any other vegetables youโre using.
Stir in the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
