Chicken that Melts in Your Mouth
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts without bones or skin.
1 cup of Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 and a half cups of Parmesan cheese
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, to sprinkle on top.
Salt and pepper, to your liking.
Getting ready.
Heat the oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Flatten chicken breasts to make them the same thickness and season well with salt and pepper. Put in a baking pan
In a little bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Put the mixture on top of the chicken breasts and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top.
Cook the chicken in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked. Cook the chicken under the broiler until the top turns golden brown, which should take 2-4 minutes. Have fun!
