1 Costco can chicken breast
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/3cup almond flour
Salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning to taste.
Mix all together
Then place on a prayed baking dish about 1/4in thick. Bake at 400° for 15mins.
Top with marinara or Alfredo sauce and your choice of Toppings.
(I uses Alfredo, cheese, bacon, pepperoni and onions)
Place back in for another 10mins then enjoy!!!
