Contents:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper according to preference

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Finely chopped fresh parsley as garnish
PREPARATION:
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F.

Take a large bowl and combine the chicken breast, garlic, red pepper, thyme, some salt, black pepper and olive oil. Stir until chicken is evenly seasoned.

Add colorful bell pepper slices to the chicken mixture and mix well.

Transfer this mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, ensuring it spreads evenly.

Sprinkle plenty of cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.

Let it cook for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is a melted, golden color.

Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley.

Serve immediately and let the rich, cheesy flavors melt in your mouth.
