Ingredients
Alfredo Sauce:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 teaspoons minced garlic
6 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Lasagna Rolls:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
2 cups steamed and chopped broccoli florets
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.


Cook for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:
Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat on parchment paper or a clean surface.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped rotisserie chicken, steamed broccoli, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and the Parmesan cheese.
Evenly spread the ricotta mixture over each lasagna noodle.
Carefully roll up each noodle, starting from one end and rolling towards the other. Place the rolls seam-side down in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake the Lasagna Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pour the prepared Alfredo sauce over the lasagna rolls in the baking dish, ensuring they are fully covered.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the rolls are bubbly and golden brown on top.
Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
