- 1/2 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese (2 points)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa (0 points)

For the Pocket:
- 4 low-carb, low-point tortillas (such as Ole Xtreme Wellness โ 1 point each)
or use 2-ingredient dough (Greek yogurt + self-rising flour โ ~2 points per pocket)

- Cook the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2โ3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in beans (if using), diced tomatoes or salsa, and remove from heat.

- Lay out tortillas or roll dough into circles. Divide the taco filling evenly into the center of each.
