- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns (check to ensure they are vegan)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 slices vegan cheese (optional, use your favorite brand)
- Vegan mayonnaise and mustard, for serving
Directions:
- Preheat Grill or Pan:
