Cabbage and Carrots Roll
Ingredients:
1 average-sized cabbage (cut into thin slices)
3 large carrots (peeled and cut into thin strips)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium-sized onion (chopped into small pieces)
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
