Buttery Garlic Steak Bites
⠀
Steak, cut into 1/2” cubes (ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip or what you have)
1-2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
⠀
In a bowl season the steak cubes soy sauce, onion powder, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until the steak is fully coated.
⠀
Set aside and let sit at room temperature for 15 mins.
⠀
Next, coat the steak with the melted butter. Giving everything a few good stirs.
⠀
Spread the steak in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, shaking and flipping and the steak half way through (time depends on your preferred doneness and thickness of the steak).
⠀
Check the steak to see how well done it is cooked. If you want the steak more done, add an extra 2-4 minutes of cooking time.
⠀
I paired my steak bites with a crispy Chopped Caesar Salad.
