WW-Friendly Broccoli Cheddar Chicken (Cracker Barrel Style)

🍗 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (0 points)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets (0 points)
  • 1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 points total)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (0 points)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese (2 points)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth (0 points)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender (about 3 minutes in the microwave with a splash of water). Set aside.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
