Instructions
- Directions for one serving!
- For 1 Pie Cup
- 1 – 2 ½”x 2 ½” square of a Puff pastry sheet, I used Wewalka
- 25 grams of Fresh blueberries if you use frozen, thaw and rinse.
- Preheat oven to 425, grease muffin pan
- Take your square of pastry and stretch it out a little but not so thin that you can see through it.
- Press it down into a muffin well, creating a cup, fill with 25 grams of blueberries, if you want it sweeter, sprinkle with sweetener.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, can add a dollop (tsp) of FF or SF whip topping.
- Can use any fruit you want, cherries, strawberries, peaches, etc…
- If you want to add to the Recipe Builder, use a ¼ sheet of pastry for 6 servings.
