Ingredients
- Tortillas: 8-10 medium-sized
- Shredded Cheese: 2 cups (mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
- Cooked Chicken (optional): 1 cup, shredded or diced
- Bell Peppers: 1 cup, thinly sliced
- Onions: ½ cup, thinly sliced
- Jalapenos (optional): ¼ cup, sliced
