Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 banana, frozen
1 cup spinach leaves (optional for added nutrients)
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond, soy, or oat milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Peel the frozen banana.
Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the avocado, frozen banana, spinach leaves (if using), milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.


Add the ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
