- Prep the Onion Rings
🧅 Peel and slice onions into ½-inch rings.
🛁 Soak in buttermilk + salt for 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor). - Bread the Rings
🥣 Use your 3-bowl breading station:- Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper
- Bowl 2: Whisked eggs + splash of milk
- Bowl 3: Panko + garlic powder + paprika + black pepper + (optional cayenne 🌶)
- Coat Each Ring

➡️ Dip in egg wash
➡️ Press into panko coating until well-covered
✋ Shake off any excess - Air Fry Time!
