  • 8 oz (225g) mushrooms (sliced) – button or cremini work great
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🍋 Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
  • Grated parmesan (for extra flavor)

🥄 Instructions

1. Prep the Veggies

  1. Wash and dry the cauliflower and mushrooms.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

2. Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the cauliflower and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
