🌟 Ingredients

- 1 small head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms (sliced) – button or cremini work great
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
- Salt and pepper to taste
🍋 Optional Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
- Grated parmesan (for extra flavor)
🥄 Instructions
✅ 1. Prep the Veggies
- Wash and dry the cauliflower and mushrooms.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the cauliflower and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
