- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. Prepare Breading Stations
- Breadcrumb Mixture: In a shallow plate, mix the panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
- Egg Mixture: In another shallow plate, beat the egg with black pepper and salt.
- Flour Station: Add the flour to a third shallow plate.
2. Bread the Chicken
- Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Repeat for all cutlets, shaking off excess breading.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray.
4. Cook the Chicken
- Place the breaded cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Lightly spray the tops of the cutlets with cooking spray.
- Cook at 390°F for 5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the cutlets, spray again, and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Note: Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the chicken. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- Remove the chicken cutlets and let them rest for 2 minutes.
