Air Fryer Cabbage and Chicken Patties/Fritters
Ingredients:
4 cups of cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped (optional)
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Olive oil spray
Method:
Prepare the Cabbage and Chicken Mixture:
If using chicken, finely chop the cooked chicken breast or thigh meat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped cabbage, cooked chicken (if using), garlic, onion, and parsley. Mix well to combine.
Season and Mix:

Season the cabbage and chicken mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together well. Taste to adjust seasoning if needed.
Add Flour:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Air Fry the Patties:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Place the cabbage and chicken patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve:
Once done, remove the cabbage and chicken patties from the air fryer and serve them hot.
