- 75g fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetener (as desired)
- 50g blueberries
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener to taste. Stir until well blended.
2. Add Blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving a few to scatter on top for presentation.
3. Prepare the Air Fryer
Lightly grease or line a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin that fits into your air fryer basket. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.

5. Cool & Serve
Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and allow to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy warm as-is, or drizzle with a little extra yogurt or honey for added sweetness.
Tips
- Swap blueberries for raspberries, strawberries, or even chocolate chips for variety.
- Double the recipe and bake in a larger dish to share.
