Ingredients:

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1 tablespoon melted butter (use light butter for fewer points)
For the Blue Cheese Dressing:
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (0 points)
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower Bites:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until a smooth batter forms.
Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, tossing to coat evenly.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
