💛 Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup salsa (any)
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese
- ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade)
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, chopped (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooking spray
🔥 Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine:
- refried beans
- Greek yogurt
- salsa
- taco seasoning
- jalapeños
- Mix well until creamy.
- Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly.
- Top with all the cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
