🍳 Instructions


1. Prepare the Chicken Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until soft and golden.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, and spinach.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay one tortilla flat.

  3. Roll tightly like a burrito (fold in sides, then roll forward).
  4. Place each roll seam-side down in a baking dish.

4. Add Sauce and Cheese

5. Bake
