πŸ₯š Tuna Stuffed Deviled Eggs (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients:

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 small can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained well
  • 2–3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or light mayo, if preferred)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle relish (optional, adds crunch & tang)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Paprika or fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add tuna, yogurt (or light mayo), Dijon mustard, and relish. Mix until creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or chopped parsley.

WW Points (per half, when made with Greek yogurt):

  • About 0–1 point each depending on your plan!
  • If using light mayo instead of yogurt, it’s usually 1 point each.

✨ These make a perfect high-protein snack, appetizer, or light lunch that fits easily into your daily WW points.

Would you like me to also give you a spicy version (with hot sauce or sriracha) for a little kick?
