- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter evenly into 24 mini muffin cups.
- Bake 10โ12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- While cooling, whisk together icing ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat or mix in a bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle or spoon icing over each cooled bite.
