For the Pocket:
- 4 low-carb, low-point tortillas (such as Ole Xtreme Wellness – 1 point each)

- Cook the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
