Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the light coconut milk, fresh strawberries, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. - Freeze:
Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours until completely frozen. - Process:
Insert the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami machine and process according to the “Ice Cream” function. - Adjust Texture:
If the ice cream is too icy or crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function once or twice to achieve a smoother, creamier texture. - Serve and Enjoy:
Scoop and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the freezer and re-spin before serving if needed.
