Ingredients (Serves 4):

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 small red potatoes, quartered
2 ears of corn, cut into 4 pieces each
6 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil (or cooking spray for fewer points)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven or Grill: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Assemble Foil Packs: Tear off four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Divide the mixture evenly among the sheets. Seal the foil packets by folding and crimping the edges tightly.


Cook:
Oven: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Grill: Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve: Carefully open foil packs (watch for steam), garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
