Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (small, 3 oz each) Fat-Free Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (Cook and Serve)
  • 4 cups Low-Fat Milk
  • 3 cups Fat-Free Whipped Topping, divided
  • 10 large bananas, ripe and chopped
  • 16 Reduced-Fat Vanilla Wafers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding Base:
    Cook the pudding according to the box directions, using low-fat milk. Chill until set, then fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  2. Assemble Parfaits:
    In 9 oz cups or parfait glasses, layer the ingredients to create individual parfaits:
    • Use 1/3 cup of chopped banana and 1½ tablespoons of pudding for each layer, alternating to create two sets of each layer.
  3. Final Chill:
    Chill the parfaits until ready to serve. (Note: Don’t wait too long to serve, as the bananas may begin to brown.)
  4. Top & Serve:
    Before serving, top each parfait with 1 tablespoon of whipped topping and sprinkle 1 crushed vanilla wafer on top.
