Keto Cheesy Garlic Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground pork sausage (sugar-free)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
3. Form Balls:
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
4. Bake:
