Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Prepare the Dough:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and combined.
Once melted, let it cool slightly. Add the egg, vanilla extract, almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate the ingredients.
Roll Out the Dough:
