Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half or evaporated skim milk (instead of heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:
