  • Mushrooms 20 oz.

Instructions:

  1. Put a large pot on a medium flame and then heat the oil in it.
  2. Slash the onions appropriately and then add them to the oil and fry them for almost 3 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and then cook and saute again until fragrant.
  4. Use another pot, add the oil to it, and then add flour and mix it until no lumps are left in the pot.
  5. Gradually add the required amount of vegetable broth and then combine it well.
  6. Add the mentioned spices and then veggies and mix them well.
  7. Add the red wine to it and let it simmer for a few minutes and then add the flour and the broth mixture in it.
  8. Cover it properly and then give it almost 1 or 2 hours to simmer over the low flame.
