My version of low point seven layer dip. I used fat-free refried beans on the bottom then fat free Greek yogurt, then a teaspoon of guacamole seasoning sprinkled over, taco sauce, 1/8 c fat-free shredded
cheddar cheese, and 4 black olives. I should’ve cut up some lettuce and tomatoes to put on it but I did not. The chips are made from Thin corn tortillas that I baked in the oven I sprayed with cooking spray and
sprinkled with salt and baked in the oven until starting to brown total points for my delicious lunch/snack three points!
