- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan (for topping)
- Olive oil for brushing
- Optional: fresh rosemary or flaky salt for garnish

- Flatten in pan: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Press the dough evenly into the pan (about 1/2 inch thick). Use your fingers to create dimples like traditional focaccia.
- Top and cook: Brush the top with a little olive oil, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan, and add rosemary or flaky salt if desired.
