1 Point No Bake peanut butter balls

Love how simple these 1 Point No Bake peanut butter balls are! They are incredible! These are super quick to make and absolute heaven to eat. Ladies, don’t panic. Just put aside your Diet Coke and have this instead.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)

2 tablespoons water

1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (like Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips)

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, water, sugar-free syrup, rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined.

Fold in the Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Shape the Balls: Use a spoon or your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get around 10-12 balls.

Chill: Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
