π₯ Tuna Stuffed Deviled Eggs (WW-Friendly)
Ingredients:
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1 small can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained well
- 2β3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or light mayo, if preferred)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish (optional, adds crunch & tang)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Paprika or fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, then add tuna, yogurt (or light mayo), Dijon mustard, and relish. Mix until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or chopped parsley.
