🥣 Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast (zero points)
    (Canned chicken works great — just drain well!)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (0 Points)
  • 1/4 cup light mayo (1–2 Points total; Hellmann’s Light used here)
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved (0 Points on most plans)
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (0 Points)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (0 Points)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (0 Points)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, light mayo, Dijon, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chicken, grapes, celery, and red onion until well combined.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes (optional) for the flavors to meld — or serve right away!
