WW-Friendly Blueberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or powdered peanut butter for lower points)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Optional: ½–1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water to thin

📝 Directions:

  1. Combine the frozen banana, blueberries, peanut butter, cinnamon, and a splash of unsweetened almond milk or water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed for desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
