Weight Watchers Turtle Candy

Ingredients:

1 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange pecan halves in clusters of 2-3 on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon) of sugar-free caramel sauce over each pecan cluster.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the caramel is slightly bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let the pecan clusters cool on the baking sheet.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted.
Spoon the melted chocolate over each caramel-coated pecan cluster, making sure to cover the entire cluster.
Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top of each turtle candy for a sweet and salty flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set.
Once the chocolate is firm, remove the turtle candies from the parchment paper.
