Instructions:
- Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mixing: In a large bowl, cream together the vegan cream cheese, vegan butter, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

- Adding Oreos: Gently fold in the broken Oreo cookie pieces until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Forming cookies: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Baking: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-16 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
