INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces tempeh bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, washed, bottoms trimmed, and halved
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese (store-bought or homemade)
